-What do you do when you have some money?

- If you were the new Ministry of Economy, how would you manage 200 millions of the public budget for education, health etc? How would you distribute it among the different communities, provinces, etc?

It is very difficult to talk about the public budget, the crisis is clearly visible. Personally, I work as a waiter and I have a very small salary which is barely enough to live. I'm not talking about expensive shopping. But recently I read a blog and I had hope. I'm thinking of borrowing. What do you think about loans?
